“Agréable séjour.”

The proximity to the temple was good, and the guy at the cabin was kind and helpful. The cabin had a wooden terrace and a fridge inside, and the dinner was very good. We were the only tourists in the place, as it was low season, so it was very quiet, but we still had a nice time with the man who told us about Sri Lankan history before dinner.

“Great accommodation close to the Temple”

I liked the location – a 10‑minute walk to the Rock Temple – the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and my room: spacious, all‑wood, with a kettle and tea/coffee, plus a mountain view that literally looked at the mountain just about 3 m away. The other window opened onto a balcony with lush green. Without any fuss I could borrow a scooter for a reasonable price. And last but not least the breakfast: abundant, yummy, a bit different each day, but always typical Sri Lankan. I can highly recommend this place!

Very close to the Dambulla caves. The AC was great in one room, not so amazing in the other. Fabulous lunch was prepared when we arrived. The rooms were basic but comfy.

“Experiencia incómoda y ruidosa.”

The location was very close to the Cave Temple and the Golden Buddha. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We stayed in the wooden cabin. At first it seemed nice, but in reality it was an uncomfortable experience: noises and creaks at every step, the beds made noise with the slightest movement, bugs everywhere, dust and dirt, dogs barking all night, etc. Also the internet didn't work.
