The hotel sits on a main road with a minimarket, pharmacy, and a traditional market right in front; a few corners of the building look a bit dull and could use some improvement, otherwise it’s fine.

“Loved the hotel, very clean and friendly staff, the pool was a highlight but wish it was open later”

The pool was a highlight for us, it's huge and spotless, and there's a playground right next to it for kids. The hotel's got a nice bar, restaurant, bakery, and even a mini supermarket, which was super convenient. Staff were really friendly and gave us some great tips, like the governor's palace is just a 5-10 minute walk around the corner.

The location of this hotel is pretty good, that's a definite plus. However, the rooms are a bit of a letdown - there's no air conditioning, the furniture is really old, and the bathroom tap was broken. Not ideal, but I guess it's reflected in the price.

This hotel's got a great location, it's really central. But, there are a few issues - the hot water in the shower is a bit unpredictable, and the water drainage in the bathroom could be better. Not terrible, but a bit of a hassle.

“Not what we were expecting”

The staff here are really helpful, which is a big plus. However, the hotel looks nothing like the photos - it's a bit of a mishmash of rooms that are showing their age, and it feels like two separate buildings stuck together. Our room was clean and comfy, but the shower was a bit temperamental, and there was no way to make a hot drink in the room. Breakfast wasn't great either, the food was cold. Overall, it's a bit of a mixed bag.
