Located in Öskemen city centre, Deluxe SPA-Hotel features an indoor pool, restaurant, and free WiFi access. Spacious rooms offer air conditioning, safety deposit box, cable TV, and private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and bathrobes. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of the River Irtysh and several parks, with free parking and easy access to the Main Railway Station and Öskemen airport.

You can check out later than 12:00 without extra charge; I stayed 1.5 hours longer. There is a sauna and spa for free, but I didn’t use them. If hotels around cost 50 k per night, you’ll get the same quality for 21 k here. In the off‑season, the heating wasn’t on yet and the air‑conditioner didn’t heat properly, so it was all tired. Breakfast was average.

I always book here whenever I travel to Ust-Kamenogorsk for business; the location is superb. The staff are very friendly and always ready to solve any issue. Overall, everything is fine.
