Taksim Star Hotel

“Great location, but the hotel is simply not worth the price.”

The spot is spot-on—just a 3‑4 minute stroll to Taksim Square—but our stay fell flat. Wi‑Fi on the 6th floor was spotty and nearly unusable in the room, the ceiling leaked, and the floor was soggy upon arrival. Breakfast was served at another hotel three buildings away and was very basic. The TV and room telephone were dead, there was no proper wardrobe, and the room had barely any comfortable furniture. Basically, many basic facilities were missing or broken, which really ruined the experience and needs urgent fixing.

“Never again they Steal us”

Nothing was good in this hotel. It wasn’t clean, and we booked a suite but got a small room instead. They said the suite would be free in 3 days and that we’d get the money back for those three days. After 3 days we finally got the suite, but it was really dirty and had a lot of flies. They promised the refund when we checked out, but the check‑out was on a Sunday. They basically stole from us and I’ll never stay here again.
