The room was nice and everything was clean. The stairs to the rooms were very steep.

We spent five days touring Italy and this B&B turned out to be the best. The owner was fantastic. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the breakfast that arrived in the morning at the time mentioned was a very welcome treat. Thank you! It was a lovely stay. Nothing in particular stood out otherwise, except that finding free parking was a struggle because it was a Saturday and everything was in full celebratory mode! Such a fun place!

The property is located in the city centre and is a good base for visiting places of significant interest nearby. The B&B is family‑run and well‑maintained in detail and services, starting with breakfast. The managers were friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t difficult to find parking in the area.
“Soggiorno ottimo”
A tiny apartment that’s pretty, comfy and spotless, with great welcome. Breakfast was brought straight to the room, featuring homemade cookies, cakes and really tasty brioche; the fridge already had yogurt, milk and fruit juices. There’s also an air‑conditioner. The only downside was a slightly steep small staircase ramp to reach the room, which didn’t bother us but is worth mentioning.
The main issues to improve are the shower and the air‑conditioning. The shower head is damaged: water comes out with low pressure and also leaks from the sides of the pipe. The water temperature is very unstable: sometimes it’s boiling and a moment later it becomes cold, making it practically impossible to regulate. The hot‑cold tap also doesn’t seem to work correctly. Moreover, the air‑conditioner barely cools at all. At night it was very hot and the room couldn’t be adequately refreshed.
