The room was swapped because of mold on the window and the window didn't lock; the staff handled it without any hassle. Everyone was very friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, and the pro shop was helpful. The mattresses, however, are sagging and feel like a neglected investment.

The room was fantastic, overlooking the lake, with a huge, comfy bed and stylish décor. The dinner, though, didn't live up to the rest of the experience.

The hotel is gorgeous and sits in a beautiful spot, and the pool area is lovely. The bed was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs rattling.

The food was nice and reasonably priced, and the country club vibe was great. The rooms weren't the cleanest and the room service left something to be desired.

Breakfast was very good, but the restaurant was a bit farther from the village than I liked.
