The location is good and online check‑in works, but the mattresses are terrible and the beds are modest.

“Não vale o preço!”

The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff were very attentive, quickly solving my issue when I needed help. Breakfast was very simple. The room had little care, with torn, worn, sometimes yellowed towels, a broken bed with ripped sheets, dirty floor and mirrors, a clogged sink, a locked safe, and outlets with scorch marks.

“Foi uma ótima experiência que poderá ser repetida em nova visita à cidade.”

Breakfast was great and overall service was good. The separate areas were very well designed, and the facilities were appropriate. We didn’t stay on a higher floor to enjoy the city view; we were on the first floor. Maintenance also missed checking whether the shampoo container was full, and ours was empty.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were very large and spacious. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, but they fixed it right away and were very friendly. The location is excellent. The pool is small, but whenever I went I was alone. The general facilities (furniture, bathroom, etc.) feel a bit old and the windows don’t insulate well. On the last night there was a strong storm and water leaked through the windows. One of the elevators was broken from the start, and on the day of the storm the other two broke down, but they resolved it quickly.

My rating was a perfect 10, and I also felt a perfect 10 in the negative aspects.
