I got a great price and the staff were friendly.

The location works, but the room had a broken toilet seat, a towel rack that fell off, a window that was broken with a hole letting in wind, and a draft under the unit door that needed a stopper; there were no utensils offered, only two spoons and two glasses; the staff were a bit abrupt, giving short answers and not explaining much when I booked.

They black‑listed my name and then gave me no response.

The staff welcomed us politely and gave clear directions to our two‑bedroom apartment that was a good size and comfortable, but we couldn’t get into the office on arrival and had to talk to a man at a partitioned door that was probably locked, and the apartment showed signs of wear and tear.
