I loved the unique design and the convenient spot, plus the staff were amazing and the views were gorgeous. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which we didn’t mind but could be a problem for others, though the team helped us with our luggage.

The hotel is a sleek, modern spot right next to the ferry port, and our upper‑level room gave us an awesome view of both the port and the sea. At sundown a big bug issue—probably flying ants—arrived, but the staff helped us keep them out by closing everything and turning off the lights. Unfortunately, the pool was broken during our stay, which is a shame because there’s not really a clean beach nearby on Hon Son.

The resort was absolutely fantastic, with modern, spotless rooms and ultra‑soft pillows that gave me a wonderful night’s sleep; the customer service was incredibly helpful, letting me check in at 8:30 am even though the official time was 1 hour 30 minutes later and even upgrading my room for free, which left me very impressed, and the breakfast and drinks were delicious, so overall I loved it and felt it truly deserved the praise.
