The bathroom was pretty gross, that's about all I can say - it was clear they hadn't done a great job cleaning. No real positives to speak of, unfortunately.

The staff here were really friendly and helpful, which was a nice surprise. That's about all I have to say, but it's something, right?

Honestly, the check-in process was a mess, and the reception staff looked like they just rolled out of bed - their grooming and communication skills were pretty lacking. When I got to room 101, I was disappointed to find a subpar bed with a dirty sheet swapped out for a torn duvet cover, and not even a water bottle in the room. The bathroom was a disaster, with a filthy toilet that had yellowed and dirty towels that looked like they'd been there for years.

The location's not bad, I guess - it's just down a narrow lane, which makes it tough to get a car to drop you off or pick you up. And to be honest, the rooms were pretty dirty, with crappy linens and a weird vibe overall. Getting into the hotel wasn't easy either, since the entrance is super narrow.

This place had some great qualities - the staff were super helpful, the rooms were decent and spacious, and it's literally a short walk from the Amritsar railway station. Overall, I was pretty happy with my stay.
