We stayed from 8.10 to 14.10.26, checked in early, the housekeeper was always on hand, the room on the 2nd floor had a bed, sofa, and a wonderful balcony view, the train station was nearby, and the city center was within walking distance—highly recommended.

Clean, warm, close to the station. Everything was good.

Very convenient location. Shops, cafés, museums, and attractions are within walking distance. Quiet. Beautiful view of Elephant Mountain from the balcony. The hosts were very pleasant. The room was on the third floor. I wish there had been a small fridge, kettle, and basic kitchenware in the room, so I had to go down to the first floor to the shared kitchen to make coffee.

The balcony offered a nice view and the location was convenient. However, the host’s attitude was disappointing. On the day of our stay, the heat was intense; our room was on the third floor under a roof, creating a greenhouse effect that made daytime unbearable and only the evenings brought relief. Additionally, mosquitoes were a problem, so we bought a fumigator. When we asked for a fan, the host claimed none were available, even though a nearby Aurora shop sold them for 519,00 UAH. She responded to our complaints with “I don’t like it—go away,” which was shocking.

I really enjoyed the vacation. The house is close to the station and easy to reach other spots. The room is clean, cozy, and fully equipped. The hosts are polite, pleasant, and attentive.
