Maison triplex JJ - Ecrin verdoyant au coeur de Lyon

“Convenable pour un voyage d'affaires avec besoin de cuisiner”

The house is well‑situated in the 7th arrondissement, and the shower pressure is good. However, the heating on the upper floor does not respond to the thermostat, the bed is sagging, the switches are poorly placed, and some bulbs need replacing.

The host’s responsiveness and the large shower are positives, but the kitchen lacks cleanliness, the bed slats are uneven, and the system feels too random.

“Cozy and quiet apt perfect and near everywhere!”

The place is lovely, very quiet with no neighbours, and the heating works fine for winter; everything you need is in the apartment. Be careful with the stairs. The location is close to the metro and supermarket, and customer service was responsive. The building entry code can be tricky until you get the timing; it would help to clarify the apartment’s location in the welcome document.

The place is very pleasant and matches the description, very quiet, and a few steps from public transport; nothing to add.

The isolation gives a calm environment, no shared walls, and a building separates it from the avenue; the atypical triplex is well equipped. The dishware in the drawer is dirty and greasy, and the ceiling height is very low compared to the bed, even for an average build.
