City views are visible from the air‑conditioned Standard Family Room, which includes a flat‑screen satellite TV, a minibar, a wardrobe and a safe. The sleeping arrangement provides two single beds, two sofa beds and a crib, accommodating up to three guests. A private bathroom offers a walk‑in shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries.

“Posizione top”
The hotel is being modernised and sits in a dominant position. Our triple‑bedroom on the fifth floor with sea view had very comfortable beds. The terrace offered a lovely view. Overall, the hotel feels like a four‑star property, and the kitchen deserves an extra star. The only flaw is that coffee and cappuccino at breakfast are served by a machine and are self‑service.
“Cómoda y tranquila”
Comfort, service, parking (very important), and a cool splash zone for kids. The staff were very friendly. Everything was perfect.
“Repetería”
The spot is great, and the breakfast was really good. The water park offers plenty of fun for kids, so if I return to Santa Cruz I’d likely stay here again. The only downside was that the hotel was under renovation, but that didn’t bother us because we weren’t staying up late to make use of the days.
“Vacaciones en el 7°cielo”
The pool areas, especially on the 7th floor, were great for sipping a cocktail while enjoying the views from the jacuzzi – a real vacation experience. I liked the buffet; there was always something different and well prepared. Parking is non‑existent; the hotel has very few spots, and finding a place in Puerto de la Cruz is a nightmare. Parts of the hotel were under renovation, which caused noise, but it didn’t bother me because it wasn’t on my floor.
