The hotel was in a quiet spot, yet a group next to us was celebrating a birthday loudly; when asked to quiet down at 11:30 pm they were belligerent, falsely claimed the security guard assaulted them, and were almost arrested for a false report, but the staff moved us to another suite and handled it wonderfully.

I appreciated that the chef prepared my breakfast, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

I liked staying on the 11th floor; the room was clean, the view was nice, and the bathroom was really spacious and clean, so I look forward to returning one day. Rivey was very welcoming and friendly, and I thank the staff for accommodating us. However, the toilet had a minor flushing problem, and Rivey called maintenance again to help; the faucet at the sink was loose, and the microwave was a bit small.
