The breakfast was okay and the staff very friendly; the room was cramped but sufficient for the stay. The location on a side street of the Reeperbahn makes it unsuitable for people with major disabilities, but with a walker it just barely works.

We had a large, clean room and the bed was so cozy we could have stayed there all day; the location is super central. The only downside was the lack of an elevator.

The location was perfect for me and the staff were available 24 hours a day, but there was no elevator.

The staff were very accommodating and even prepared breakfast early for us; the U-Bahn was very close. You have to know that Friday and Saturday nights are very long and loud coming from the Reeperbahn.
