We were traveling across Bulgaria to Greece and it was very convenient to arrive late, around 2 a.m., and there was plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. The interior was very interesting and pretty, old‑style. The location was good, and in the morning we could quickly walk into the center for coffee. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the bathroom had no separate shower—just a drain near the toilet—so washing was inconvenient.

It’s considered city centre, and the greeting staff were polite. At these prices I’ve stayed in more comfortable hotels in Germany and Hungary where breakfast is included.

A luxurious hotel with a convenient location, street parking in front, very clean and tidy, and extremely polite and courteous staff; we would definitely return.
