I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, but it was marred by a frustrating wait at check-in. Despite being informed that I could check-in early, I was kept waiting for over an hour. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a relief after the initial delay. However, the extra charges I incurred due to the wait were a bit of a letdown.

“Excellent hotel for business trips”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some standout moments and a few areas for improvement. The breakfast buffet was truly exceptional, with a wide variety of options that rivaled some of the better 4-star hotels I've stayed at in Raipur. However, the room itself was a bit cramped due to the furniture, and the bathroom fittings were loose and needed some attention. The hotel staff, however, were friendly and attentive, which made up for some of the room's shortcomings.

My stay at this hotel was a decent one, with some positives and a few negatives. The breakfast options were a good combination of sweet and savory dishes, and the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the railway station and well-connected to other areas. However, the ongoing renovation and repair work was a bit of a nuisance, with paint fumes and some noise pollution to contend with.

Overall, I was quite pleased with my stay at this hotel, but there was one area where they could improve. The hotel itself was very good, but the complimentary breakfast options could be more varied and interesting. With a bit more attention to the breakfast menu, this hotel could truly excel.

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag, with some highlights and a few low points. The restaurant was a definite highlight, serving up some delicious meals. However, the hotel staff were a bit of a letdown, failing to meet my expectations in terms of service and friendliness.
