The location is good. The pillow was not good.

The hotel was flawless and the staff were very friendly and attentive, helping us with everything beyond just our stay. We received a complimentary 2‑hour late check‑out, which was a huge help.

The location, value for money, and reception staff’s availability are great. However, the breakfast has too much industrial‑produced food.

The hotel feels very modern, with super clean and comfortable rooms and an early check‑in option. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and a fantastic breakfast featuring both western and Chinese dishes. Laundry and water bottles are free, and the cable car to Tianmen Mountain is less than a five‑minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
