The staff were attentive, yet the place lacked general maintenance. The breakfast area was split into two halls; one was untidy and then closed. At the restaurant entrance there was always a strange smell, like deodorant masking another odor. I had to return a plate because it was poorly prepared—fritters with a raw flour taste.

The reception team was friendly to the whole family, but the outdoor pool water was too hot.
