The location was great, the staff were fantastic, clean and cozy. The boiler wasn’t working and we had no hot water; after all the transitions and outings we did over the three days, my wife showered in cold water and I couldn’t laugh so as not to get sick.

The décor was interesting—almost on the edge of kitsch but not quite—everything was gold and shiny, and all the necessary amenities were there. The location in the new city centre was excellent. The only drawback was that the hydro‑massage shower lacked a dedicated cabin, so water splashed everywhere.

The décor is very original, the room is comfortable, and it’s worth seeing just out of curiosity. No complaints.

The bed was awful and uncomfortable, but the bathroom was big and spacious. The TV was not smart and I couldn't use it as I had planned.
