Check‑in and check‑out took hours, and the whole place felt like a homeless shelter. Skip this hotel and pay RM30 at a proper budget spot—you’ll regret staying here.

The price was good, but there was no Wi‑Fi even though the website claimed there was. The toilet lacked paper and a hose.

I rarely leave negative reviews, yet this experience was disappointing on many fronts. Despite repeated requests, the staff were slow to respond and seemed indifferent to basic concerns. I asked to cancel the room because I wouldn’t stay again, but they wouldn’t cancel it and it was hard to talk to them.
