The staff were very attentive and friendly.

It’s close to the ADO bus station, but I didn’t like it because I saw cockroaches throughout the building, which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic, and the staff couldn’t do anything about it. The air conditioning failed most of the time, which didn’t help, and the food was always expensive for what it was.

The location and cleanliness were great, but the TV controls didn’t work and there were visible leaks that hadn’t been fixed.
