“A la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles de ville”
The service level matched what you’d expect from this kind of place: our triple room was huge and well equipped, the bathroom was stunning, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop offered spectacular views of Bangkok’s finest buildings, especially at night, and the pool, gym, restaurant, bar and overall service all met our expectations. Its location was handy, just steps from the market and shops, and it made getting to the airport easy without crossing the whole city. No complaints at all.
Breakfast was tasty, and they even prepared extra egg dishes and sandwiches when we asked. The pool had a nice view and the staff were very friendly. However, the breakfast room and lobby felt as cold as a refrigerator; a few degrees more would have been fine. The rooms were extremely small, as were the beds. We booked for three adults but only received a standard double bed. The location was okay—there wasn’t much walking nearby, but Bangkok is huge and tuk‑tuks or taxis get you anywhere, so it wasn’t a problem.
