“Hospitalidade excepcional”

My family and I loved our stay; the price is a big draw, and we have only praise: the room is cozy and clean, breakfast is delicious, it’s near the center, but what pleased us most was the hospitality of host Cineide and her team Gaspar and Poliana, who were super friendly from the start, giving us tips on tours, restaurants and shops, truly making our trip even more enjoyable.

The reception was great and made us feel right at home. The location is good and we could do everything on foot. Nothing else to mention.

“Hostel carino ma molto basico”

The hostel is cute but very basic, about 10–15 min on foot from the lively area of Av. Beira Rio. The external gate opens with a security code. The in‑room bathroom is useful and convenient for a hostel. You can hang laundry on the outdoor terrace. The breakfast is a buffet, but it often turns out that the food isn’t enough for all guests or there aren’t enough seats. Sometimes only one egg per person is served, sometimes a second is given depending on who’s in the kitchen. There are roosters nearby that can disturb sleep, earplugs are recommended.

Nice people working there. The air‑conditioner didn’t work properly, was loud with other people, and there was no pressure in the shower.

From the moment I arrived, the host treated us like family, arranging all our tours and being ready for anything we needed. The hostel itself was spotless, cozy, and the breakfast was made with such care that it felt like home. I liked everything about it. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
