Breakfast was okay. All the towels we received each night were dirty, so we had to go downstairs and ask for a clean one every evening.
The spot was spot on, but the bathroom fan was so loud you couldn't hear anyone talking in the room.

The porter helped carry our luggage to a taxi on the neighboring street (he explained the route to the driver over the phone because the entrance street was blocked).
The front‑desk staff were incredibly kind, let us drop off and pick up our bags before and after, the place sits in a great spot, and they even updated us right when we arrived.
