The place was quiet, but the exit from the hotel was a hassle.

I booked because it advertised a garage; when I arrived there was none, and if I wanted to park next to the hotel I’d have to pay and it was already full. I asked the attendant if it was safe and he said it was my car, but it was stolen at 23:00 at the hotel entrance, they took the luggage and the glass was broken, the attendant left at 1:50 a.m. and said nothing; everything is recorded by the neighboring cameras, I have a police report and all the footage is there, the images at the hotel door, plus the videos I have—I will file a lawsuit for the loss.

I didn’t like anything; I paid in the hotel’s name because we were a family, yet the reception was awful— the guy was grumpy, which was fine, my husband and I stayed in a room for a while, but my mother‑in‑law and my son were in a room that had no outlet, the shower leaked water from the tiny shower, so we couldn’t shower, the breakfast was laughable, sorry, but we can’t call it that? Anyway, the hotel is terrible.

Nothing was charged, but the room looked like a storage unit with a lot of stuff on the bed, and the beds had no sheets.
