The location is great and the staff were very friendly, but the toilet was broken—the lid was completely missing on one side—and the place felt sloppy for the price.

The location is good. The bathroom was outside, and you had to walk down the hallway, and the door in the room was almost impossible to open because it was so narrow.

It was very close to León’s city centre and had a mini fridge that other places don’t offer, and the beds were pretty good, but the room’s cleanliness was an issue, especially when we first checked in because there was dust on the floor for a while.
