Hotel Bellevue

“Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert. Leckeres Essen im Hotelrestaurant.”

We stayed in the annex and enjoyed a balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the valley and surrounding mountains. The room, however, was split over two floors, and the steep, narrow staircase to the bathroom at night was inconvenient, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good, and the bus connection to Busan was reliable until about 18:00.

“Würde das Hotel wieder buchen, aber nur DZ mit Balkon”

The balcony was lovely, with a clear view of the mountains, and the kitchen was top‑notch – perfect for a grill night. On the downside, the bathroom was cramped and the shower had a steep step. The bike shed was packed with two bikes, a lawnmower and other gear, and there was no outlet to charge the built‑in batteries.

“Der Aufenthalt war für mich sehr schön !”

Breakfast was solid, and even though it was my first time at Hotel Belllevue, the service improved each day – I’ll definitely come back. The stay was pleasant overall, but the beds felt a bit old and the shower door was narrow, which made the experience a touch less comfortable.

The restaurant served excellent food and the staff were friendly, but the overall vibe felt like second‑class service – no greetings, no courtesy, just a lack of warmth. The rooms in the annex were in dire need of renovation: cracked sinks, a broken shower door replaced by a curtain, peeling wallpaper, patched walls, sagging mattresses, and a worn balcony chair. The hallway was cluttered with a large kitchen appliance, blocking the escape route.
