I booked this hotel because breakfast was included in the price. However, there was no breakfast at all that morning. When I requested a refund for the unprovided service, they asked for my bank details claiming the request would be forwarded to accounting. Two weeks have passed and I still haven’t received any money back. Very unprofessional and not recommended!

The underground parking stays pleasantly cool on hot days. The furniture and bathroom are fine and undamaged. Price is great! Dust on the cabinets, patchy hallway walls, checking in in a narrow entrance hall during hot weather, emails were delayed, a traffic detour put the main road right in front of my window, no air conditioning, an industrial building across the street with machinery noise until the evening, and high‑voltage power lines on the industrial roof about 50 m away.
