The staff were extremely kind and warm, yet still professional, and the food was tasty while the hot spring let me unwind; the stone‑step street was nearby, making sightseeing easy. The only downside was that the hot spring water and the bath area felt slightly dirty; a bit more thorough cleaning would make it even better.

I enjoyed strolling near the stone‑step street, and the price was fair for the individual Japanese dishes served in the dining room. The interior was clean and tidy, but the TV only offered terrestrial channels, which felt lacking; satellite TV would be a welcome addition. Also, the internal phone’s volume was weak and hard to hear, so an improvement would help.

I checked in late, yet the staff handled everything very well and the meals were excellent. The inn offered both an indoor bath and an open‑air bath, which was relaxing. The only issue was that the dining area was a bit chilly.
