The customer service was excellent and the food was really good. This hotel is very outdated and desperately needs a revamp. Definitely not value for money either

Close to where we were attending shows, the breakfast and valet parking were handy and seemed affordable. The room didn’t seem very clean on the floor. The water in the bath wouldn’t work when trying to change from the shower head. The pool sign needs its times changing on the actual door as my partner got locked in the stairwell due to incorrect signage displayed
