The spot was great and the hotel felt cozy and intimate, but when we asked for two twin beds together we were given a very uncomfortable double bed, and the takeaway breakfast was inedible.

The staff were friendly and kind, and a big thank you to Marlene for taking care of us; the spot was perfect for visiting Porto, with a lovely view of the river and the yellow tram passing right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and sound‑proof, and the breakfast was plentiful, varied, and fresh. Nothing was lacking; everything was excellent.

The place was quiet and close to a tram and bus stop, and the staff were helpful, though it is a distance from the city centre, but the public transport access compensates for that.
