The place was spotless, the bed and shower were great, and breakfast was good, but I couldn't find it because there was no network coverage, and the house name and eircode were wrong.

“Lovely stay, lovely family.”

The house was perfect for our stay, Sharron and Sean were stellar and went above and beyond at every turn, welcoming us the moment we stepped in; the rooms were very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfy, and breakfast the next morning was hearty, with home‑cooked brown bread, banana bread, and their own pears from the tree – I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m up that way.

The hosts were very welcoming and the household was friendly; the roads around the property were quiet and beautiful, ideal for early morning walks, and the view from my breakfast table as the sun rose was stunning, but the location was a bit remote for me since I don’t have a car and I was worried about getting into town, so the hosts helped by booking taxis.

The hosts were super friendly and we felt very comfortable; breakfast was good and the view was great, with a totally quiet environment, but the bed was too small and quite saggy, the room didn’t match the standard for this price range, and there was no way to make tea in the room.

The hosts were very warm and took the time to greet us personally despite our spontaneous arrival; the accommodation was in a very quiet location with a wonderful night sky, a late breakfast was possible and free to choose, the food was fresh and homemade, fresh bread was baked in the evening and the jam for breakfast was also homemade, and every individual request was met; our room had a private bathroom that was clean, fresh towels were available on request, and a hair dryer and straightener were also provided on request.
