The beds, towels, and linens were very clean, and Carmen’s service was extraordinary, but the bathroom lacked spots to place toiletries and towels.

There was nothing good; the room assigned to the staff was in terrible condition, with leaks and a hole in the ceiling. We asked for a room change and it was never done; they shouldn’t offer such low‑quality services, and the Google reviews are wrong.
