The bed, location, and overall value are great, but the room is dusty and the area stays noisy until midnight.

The location was good, but I didn’t appreciate that the room wasn’t clean.

I liked the contactless check‑in; the room had everything needed, even the window was open – it felt welcoming. Thanks!

Excellent accommodation in central Viljandi with an exceptionally helpful host – I’d stay here again anytime.
