“I will not book through an on line booking agency in the future!”

The dinner was quite good although the portion could have been a bit bigger. Well, of all the places that we stayed on our vacation, Cabot shores was the most expensive. We paid $270. for a one night stay in a room above the kitchen which the whole room vibrated with the kitchens exhaust fan, and periodic slaming of the back door to the kithen when the staff went out to the freezer in the back. There was no amenities in the room, it was more like glamping. We stayed in far better places for less than half the price. If you are going to rent out a room above a kitchen, it should cost far less than I was charged!

“Probably wont book back here again”

I was under the impression that I rented a "suite" . Separate building, it turned out we were underneath the main lobby/restaurant. The patio door didn't lock. There were spiders and spider webs everywhere. Room was tidy but was not clean at all

“Sehr herzlich, ungezwungen.”

The breakfast was good and plentiful, the location suited our needs, the whole place feels a bit alternative but very intriguing, the welcome was warm, and there’s live music and a chance to play in the band, but we were very satisfied with the accommodation while the Gelsen in the area were aggressive.

“De l'inattendu, pour un résultat satisfaisant”

The place is a bit off‑beat with lovely scenery and a beach just a ten‑minute walk away, the staff were welcoming, the bistro served healthy food and the atmosphere was cozy; however, our first room was uninhabitable because the restaurant’s fridge rattled below and kitchen exhausts made the opposite wall vibrate. We were moved without hassle or extra charge to a neighboring room for two nights and then to a yurt for the next two, but breakfast, normally included, required a 15 CAD surcharge each day when a buffet was served, totaling an unexpected 60 CAD.
