The location is good. Everything else is not good; after staying one day I hurriedly left.

The staff are polite. The shower cabin is noisy, the tray is cracked, water floods the whole bathroom, the kettle had to be held on the button to boil, and conversations from the first floor can be heard in a closed room on the second floor.

The staff were very kind and helpful, but the furnishings were old and the bedsheets needed updating.

“Неудолетворительно”

Location was close to the center, yet the hotel was very old, the plumbing was terrible, a broken shower tray leaked water, the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, the linens were worn and faded, the room was dark with few lights, and it was the worst hotel I’ve seen in Yerevan.

“Very pleasent experience!”

The hotel itself was quite good and the staff was increadibly open and helpful!. Our room faced the construction site, so we asked to be moved into another room. The staff did their best to move us ASAP and the rest of the stay was great!
