The place is quiet, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the owner is kind and helpful. I recommend it.

“Všechno perfektní”

Large rooms, everything sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen (kettle, fridge, freezer, stove, dishes, …), spacious and tidy bathroom with toilet, washing machine, air‑conditioning, quiet setting, space to store bicycles (garage). It’s simply a lovely family house. In the extra heat and on a cycling trip we appreciated the AC, the washer and the overall vibe. Most importantly the host was pleasant: she doesn’t speak English, but with Google Translate it worked, and she speaks excellent Russian – so we chatted in Russian. She even invited us for coffee and let us extend our stay by an hour while she prepared for the next guests. I recommend it for families with children – nice, practical, comfortable, clean.

Very neat and pretty house in a peaceful location. The AC is in the hallway, so to cool the rooms the doors must stay open.

“Terribile”

Central location between Udine and Cividale. The area was a bit degraded. The ground‑floor bathroom is a small room with a washing machine, a mug and a floor‑level shower without a basin, no sink, no bidet. Even though I booked the whole property, the fridge contained other people’s food, not very fresh. The rooms had no pleasant smell. Finally there was an active camera (properly reported) that I think is not entirely legal for B&Bs. Overall the place looked like it had just been left by other occupants who lived there permanently. The value for money was absolutely embarrassing.
