The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and parking was a breeze. The bed and pillows, however, could definitely use an upgrade.

I stayed close to my aunt’s house, which was convenient. The TV, though, was a bit too small for my liking.

Service was excellent, parking was right around the hotel, rooms were spotless, beds were comfy, and the free breakfast was great. The fitness room could use some weights.

The room itself was nice—spacious, clean, and everything worked. Staff were polite at check‑in, check‑out, and throughout my stay. The hotel sits in downtown Omaha, but it’s less than a block from a homeless encampment, and I could see people wandering nearby. I had booked to be within walking distance of an event, yet I didn’t feel safe walking around the neighborhood, so I ended up using Uber. Security was present in the parking lot on one of the two nights, but that really undermined my main reason for staying. If I’d known about the area, I would have chosen a cheaper hotel outside town and taken an Uber to the event.
