I was the only guest, along with one other person, in this 24‑room motel. The room and bathroom were okay, but everything else was dirty and messy. Food scraps and dishes from the last party were left in the lounge and communal kitchens, and it smelled like fish.

Nothing! Motel Ingala is a scam! The place is an uninhabitable former nursing home. It was completely empty and there was no staff. The key‑code pin we received via email from the booking site was wrong, and we only discovered that when we arrived at night on bikes. After a while, a random passerby who knew the place let us in with the correct code. We never learned our room number, so we had to search through rooms with different keys. The lobby had a strong mold smell right away. Rooms on the second floor were in a very grimy and dirty environment. The room itself was average, but the overall setting was very claustrophobic and awful. For example, the room lacked toilet paper, there were too few towels, and we had to make the second bed ourselves. The experience was terrible. Arriving at night to a place where no one was expecting us, guided in by a stranger, in a filthy environment, made us leave by 3 am after only a few hours of sleep. No one should book Motel Ingala.

“Ansu”

I didn’t get a welcome, couldn’t get inside, the elevator didn’t work, and the promised wheelchair‑friendly spot was missing; breakfast was absent, the place was untidy, there was a fishy smell and fish apparently drying somewhere, and we expected the shuttle to run like before. All of that made us feel disappointed compared to last year, and the bar was closed.

I never received an entry code and couldn’t get in. I tried reaching the property manager several times, but he didn’t answer. I had to book another place to stay. The host is really unreliable. I sent a complaint to the platform. I hope they refund me.
