The staff were great, the food was good, and the location was excellent, but the mattress needed replacing because it sagged on one side.

The room felt pleasantly spacious, the Wi‑Fi worked well, and the bed was comfortable, but the chairs were overly comfy and the lighting was glaring.

Right from the start it was clear management had changed; the surroundings were tidier, neater, and fresher, the young staff were engaging, and overall the stay was very pleasant.
