The place is paradise. The pool is fabulous. Breakfast is almost perfect with sweet and savory options. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that could improve breakfast is replacing the Nespresso pods with real coffee. Nonetheless, we were allowed to use the moka and made our own coffee.

We spent five days at Podere Marella and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful surroundings and the calm, relaxing vibe captured us. The whole property feels like a perfect spot to unwind and soak up Tuscany’s beauty. Our room was large, cozy, immaculate, and very welcoming. Every morning, the breakfast was tasty, featuring fresh produce, excellent bread, and pastries. We came with my husband and our one‑year‑old baby, and Podere Marella turned out to be an excellent choice for us. We enjoyed mornings on the property before heading out around noon to visit nearby towns such as Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, and other lovely spots that are all within a reasonable driving distance. A special thank you to our host, Erika, who was absolutely wonderful—always available, incredibly responsive, and happy to accommodate any special requests. She also offered great recommendations and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. On our last evening, we ordered food from a nearby place and paired it with Podere Marella’s wine; everything was delicious and it was the perfect way to end our visit. We would definitely recommend Podere Marella to anyone seeking a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Tuscany. We truly loved our experience and would be thrilled to return! ❤️

The villa offers a quiet setting where only birds sing, a truly pleasant spot to simply be and time slows down. The host takes care of breakfast, and the pool lets you swim all day. There is also an electric car charger. However, the bed in our room was a bit firm for us.

The location in a quiet area, impeccable cleanliness, warm welcome, clarity, and staff availability were all excellent. Nothing in particular to note.
