The owner was extremely kind and available, showing us the surroundings of Ella in his tuk‑tuk, the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the balcony is incredible. The room and bathroom are spacious. It’s very close to Ella’s center (about a 12‑minute walk). Everything you need is here 🤩. No complaints.

With my partner, we enjoyed a wonderful time together. Everything was peaceful, quiet, and very pleasant after the hiking days, giving us a chance to unwind. The host and his mother took great care of us, were kind, and offered good advice. Walking from the center to the accommodation takes 20 minutes, or you can hop on a tuk‑tuk. In the evening I had the chance to watch the fireflies. Thank you for the warm welcome.

We stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights and it was amazing. The location isn’t far from the city center, yet it’s very calm and you can hear and see some animals. Shan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and happy to help with everything you need. He even picked us up and drove us back to the accommodation several times for free :) We also did a wonderful tuk‑tuk tour with him around Ella, which we highly recommend! Every morning we had a delicious breakfast while enjoying the stunning view from the balcony. For us it was the best accommodation on our Sri Lankan trip and we can’t wait to return one day 😊

This place is clearly a little piece of paradise. Having an awesome Sri Lankan breakfast with the most amazing view, sitting in the sunshine and listening to the birds really was the best start to the day. Shan was a very welcoming host who took care of all our needs and wishes. He even offered us free tuk‑tuk rides.
