The staff were good, but that wasn’t enough to make it a good stay.

“Not a good stay, no water bottles, when asked says ki company ka policy hai . No soaps nothing”

I liked the location, nothing else; the hotel facilities were even basic.

Nothing good; it’s no longer part of the Fabhotel group, so why are you even taking bookings? It feels like a random hotel now and it’s priced very heavily.

“Room facilities needs to be checks as telephone, AC nothing was working and no soap towel..needs tobe checked.”

I’ve stayed here many times because it’s convenient for my work, but the man at reception shows no sense of hospitality—he seems to not care about guests and is very unhelpful and rude, while the lady Reshmi was wonderful and friendly. The room was like a staff cabin: no soap, no water, no towel, and I had to ask for a change.

Nothing good; the booking was never accepted even though I booked weeks in advance. The hotel told me they had stopped taking bookings, yet I had a confirmed reservation with money paid.
