Lovely hotel, my room was nice. The birthday plate and towel were a lovely surprise. I booked a 45‑minute massage that started at 8.15 and ended at 8.50, so I didn’t feel it was value for money. I asked about certain products on sale and was pointed to a display cabinet; I would have liked to try some products and ask questions, but the therapist had gone. Breakfast service was a bit of a shambles, definitely needs more staff training.

The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful, truly an asset to the hotel, though some of the room furniture appeared worn.

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options that catered to every diet and taste, and there was nothing else I could suggest for improvement.

sehr gutes Essen.
