Very clean. Strategically located near the road, not in a remote area. The house is a bungalow in a lot, there are neighbors but privacy is maintained. The BHP takes only 2 minutes. The owner is kind and honest (check‑in early a few hours without extra charge), helpful, and straightforward in business. All the amenities are ready for short stays. Fast Wi‑Fi, laundry, the house stays cool even without the AC on. The sheets are good quality because they’re cool (maybe IKEA). This tiny house is perfect for a small family (parents + kids) who need more space than a room stay but want to avoid paying for an expensive big house. I recommend it for those with realistic expectations and who check their travel style before booking. Being nice and thankful doesn’t hurt us as guests.

The location is spot‑on. It takes about 35 minutes to reach Kota Bharu and Tanah Merah from this homestay, and it’s only about 7 minutes to the Tok Bok hot springs. I love how clean everything is and that all the appliances work well (AC, fridge, etc.). I’d suggest the owner add another toilet at the back.

The homestay is comfortable, close to shops, and has easy access to the main road. Nothing to complain about.

We spent two nights here and found it really enjoyable. The unit is brand‑new, spotless, and cozy, offering every essential facility. It’s also conveniently close to UiTM Machang. The price is fair, and we strongly recommend this place.
