The hotel had some major issues - the room was a mess when I arrived, and there were mosquitoes buzzing around everywhere. The food was pretty unimpressive too, but I guess that's to be expected at a budget place. Overall, it was a bit of a disappointment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel - the stay was great and the food was really good. However, the area outside the hotel was a bit of a letdown, with a general lack of cleanliness and a bit of a seedy vibe. Still, the hotel itself was a nice place to rest my head.
