“Non consiglio la struttura”

The property is an apartment split into three rooms. Unfortunately, if one of the rooms is occupied by noisy people, the noise carries through the whole place. The area is central but chaotic on weekends, with noise lasting until late at night. The apartment next to ours had people coming and going all night, preventing us from sleeping. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the corridor, likely because there were no sensors.

We chose this hotel for the second time. The first visit was wonderful: a cozy room 3 with a comfortable bed. This time we got room 1, which had a broken bed with a mid‑section slat that you keep sliding into, a soft mattress, and a dirty towel. It was disappointing, especially since the first stay was perfect. Management, please address these defects.

The location was excellent. The room was not in great condition. Specifically, the bathroom lacked a bidet, the door was broken and wouldn’t close, and the bed had an extremely hard mattress and a sagging frame.

Breakfast was missing. In the bathroom shower there were no support points for shower essentials (shampoo, hairbrush, etc.); the dispensers were empty, forcing us to use single‑use items or the monodoses. The hair dryer worked intermittently. There was no toilet paper; the roll was placed on the bidet! There was no soundproofing between rooms, so everything could be heard, and external noise literally entered the room—talking could be heard from the street. Unacceptable. We couldn’t sleep until 3 am.

“Limpeza deixou muito a desejar”

The location was good. There was a strong smell of sweat, but I stayed because it was late and it was just one day.
