The Chillout Ella

I stayed at a lovely hotel just outside Ella, about a 10‑minute walk, and it was right by the entrance to Little Adam's Peak and a path leading straight to the Nine Arch Bridge. The staff were very friendly, and we could check in at 10:30 am. The room was nicely furnished with a great view of the Ella valley, and we especially enjoyed the balcony with its hammock. Breakfast was delivered to our room every day and tasted fantastic!

“Convenient location, nice breakfast and pretty views”

The views were beautiful and the location was convenient for Little Adam’s Peak and the Nine Arches Bridge, plus the breakfast was hearty. I didn’t feel as secure, even though there were no actual security issues and the area felt pretty safe; the rooms were easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

“Great stay for short visit”

The view was nice, the hotel was close to the center, restaurants, and Little Adam peak, and the staff were friendly. It’s a simple hotel, but it’s good for a short stay.

“One of the best accomodation in Ella with the great view”

The room was spacious and had all the amenities. The breakfast offered so many varieties and was scrumptious. Ruban, Thushaan, and Satheesh were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

“Name is very apt, the place is good for chilling out.”

The property is very close to the trailhead of Little Adam’s Peak, so we could hike early in the mornings. Breakfast choices and facilities were modest but clean and comfortable. Some basic amenities weren’t provided, so you might need to get them from local supermarkets (shower gels, etc.). Overall, the staff were excellent and more than made up for the little inconveniences. There were power outages throughout our stay due to construction, but they didn’t last very long.
