It was decent for the price we paid, especially with a 50% last‑minute discount, and the location is good. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink leaked onto the floor, and the “balcony” was really just a ground‑floor space with milk‑glass windows—so it wasn’t a balcony at all. You also need to download an app to check in.

I was there to help my brother who was in the Bari polyclinic; the only good thing was how close the hotel is to the hospital, but otherwise I don’t recommend it. On the bright side, they gave me water in the fridge and two hot coffees. The sink leaked, so I had to use the trash bin as a basin when washing. The apartment was split into several rooms with private bathrooms, so everything was audible. If someone sneezed in a neighboring room they’d say “salute”; trying to close the bathroom door left the handle in your hand. They had tea bags, but you couldn’t boil water, and there were many small issues that made me write this review, especially since the room is expensive for what it is.

There was no positive aspect. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was 40°C outside.

The only good thing was the AC. Both of us had stomach problems from the bathroom water; it smelled like a toilet and we only used it for brushing teeth, not drinking. The bed was very uncomfortable, the floor was messy, and the plug was dangerous because it was hanging from the wall. I don’t have high standards, but this place was really terrible.

Nothing good at all. The room next to ours was sealed by Italian police after a crime involving the Italian mafia; my wife was terrified and we couldn’t sleep all night, fearing they might harm us.
